Coaches,
- In order to pay a coach for coaching elementary sports, Department of Sports Administration needs
to have three documents on file for each coach. The work verification form and the rosters are due before the beginning
of the season, and the time sheets for each sport/team are due at the end of the season.
- If we are missing any of these three forms from a coach, he or she may not get paid or may get
paid incorrectly.
- If you have not been paid, or if you were paid incorrectly for coaching or acting as school sports
coordinator, please download the Payroll Cprrection Form and send it to the Sports Administration (Louis James) along with
a copy of your work verification form and time sheet for the sport you coached.
- You will be notified what action you need to take after that.
